Introduction
Tony Palmer and Dave Smith formed Pioneer Tools Ltd in April 2004, initially suppling only solga diamond discs. Since our first year the production profile has grown to over 30 product groups held in stock, and we plan to add many more over the coming months and years. Some of our products are brand names, all tried and tested in the UK market and are professional/Industrial quality.
